The Bank of New York has been appointed by Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Luxembourg) as custodian to USD3.4 billion of its assets in the UK market.

“We appointed The Bank of New York because of its personalised approach,” says Hiroaki Harada, the managing director at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Luxembourg). “We were especially keen on its proven service model and impressive custody and clearing capabilities. We look forward to developing our relationship with the Bank and believe the team will provide us with an excellent service that meets our current and future needs.”
