The Bank of New York Italian office has appointed Mauro Bonacina as relationship manager and Chiara Roti as product relationship manager, investor services, based in Milan.

The remit of both roles is to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, with Bonacina managing cash management and trade products, and Roti covering investor services.

Bonacina has twenty years of financial product development experience and joins from Credito Emiliano where he worked for five years, most recently as head of international relations. Roti joins from BNP Paribas Securities Services in Paris, where she worked for over three years as a relationship manager.

“Mauro and Chiara bring extensive experience in client management to the Milan team,” says Adriana Pierelli, Italy country manager. “Client service is a top priority and these appointments will help us continue to deliver an outstanding level of service. The expansion of the Italian team will allow the bank to exploit new opportunities in this growing market.”
