The Bank of New York has been appointed by Country Club Bank of Kansas City, Missouri, as custodian for its Capital Markets group.

BNY will provide custody, safekeeping, settlement and investment reporting services for a portfolio of more than $1 billion of fixed income assets for Country Club Bank’s Capital Markets group.

“We wanted to consolidate our custody and securities servicing needs with a single high quality provider, and The Bank of New York demonstrated that it was a specialist in serving the needs of financial institutions clients and able to handle our customized requirements,” said William Teiwes, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Country Club Bank. “We are looking forward to working with the Bank to further optimize our portfolio’s asset servicing requirements.”
