The Bank of New York has been appointed by Goldman Sachs International to provide a full range of fund services for its UCITS III Luxembourg Sicav.

The bank will act as depository bank, custodian, fund accountant, transfer agent and global collateral manager.

“Following a market review we selected The Bank of New York to provide Luxembourg Fund Services for our UCITS III Luxembourg Sicav, and we look forward to working with them on this initiative,” says Suzanne Yee, executive director at Goldman Sachs International.

David Aldrich, managing director within EMEA Investor Services at The Bank of New York, adds: “We are honoured to partner with Goldman Sachs International in launching this new UCITS III Sicav based in Luxembourg.
