Bank of America Missouri President Patricia Mercurio names Jamie Esch market president for Springfield, Missouri.
In this role, Esch will work to strengthen communication and integration among the company’s local business lines, improve the customer experience, represent Bank of America in the community and help direct local marketing efforts aimed at strengthening the Bank of America brand.
Esch will continue in his role as consumer market executive, overseeing 35 banking centers across Southwest Missouri, Northern Arkansas, Northeast Oklahoma and Southeast Kansas.
“We are excited that Jamie will be stepping into this critical leadership position,” says Mercurio. “He has a solid leadership track record and excels at representing Bank of America in the community.”
Esch graduated from West Texas A & M University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has a history of community engagement, including managing a local partnership between Bank of America and the United Way to assist low- to moderate-income individuals prepare their taxes.
Esch is a resident of Springfield.
