Autotask announced Tuesday the closing of over $6 million in Series C equity financing the company will use to expand its IT offerings.
Autotask’s Web-based software platform manages several functions, including tech scheduling and dispatching, resource management and optimization, including IT project portfolio management.
JMI Equity was Autotasks’s lead investor in the round.
Autotask also announced that Harry Gruner, JMI Equity general partner, has joined the Autotask Board of Directors as part of the investment.
