Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has obtained ISAE 3402 Type II certification, which replaces the retired SAS 70 standard, for its internal control procedures.
Deloitte verified the standard for SGSS custody, depository and trustee activities; the fund administration services of SGSS in France and Luxembourg; and its subsidiary, European Fund Services, Luxembourg.
Ernst & Young verified the SGSS subsidiaries in Germany for its fund administration and transaction processing systems and in Italy for its custody, depository, trustee, fund administration and transfer agent services.
