Independent third party fund administrator Atlantic Fund Services has announced it has received a license from the Luxembourg ministry and is now fully operational. The license gives Atlantic a strategic position in the fund domicile, and the administrator can now provide the full suite of services for asset managers, including shareholder services, fund accounting, transfer agency, portfolio valuation, domiciliation and fund launch.

The Luxembourg presence is in addition to Atlantics long-established operations in the US and in Poland. The company has more than US$17 billion in assets under administration and serves more than 300 funds. Atlantic’s clients and types of vehicles include UCITS funds, mutual funds, hedge funds, pension and unit-link products and other pooled investment vehicles.

“We are very enthusiastic about our Luxembourg operation and the opportunity to offer more value-added services to our current clients. By offering our services in these jurisdictions, Atlantic can partner strategically with all our clients,” commented Roman Lewszyk, CEO of Atlantic Fund Services in Europe.
