Atlantic Fund Administration LLC (Atlantic), a US-based full-service third-party administrator, has implemented SunGards Asset Arena Transfer Agency application to support its transfer agency recordkeeping business. SunGard provides the application to Atlantic on an ASP basis. Atlantic selected SunGards Asset Arena Transfer Agency because of its real-time, high-volume processing capabilities and browser-based technology.
Atlantic required an application that would integrate with its existing infrastructure. The Asset Arena application was easy to connect to Atlantics other applications, which already included SunGards Asset Arena Investment Accounting. The ease of integration has helped Atlantic to improve the efficiency of its client services.
