Asia Payment Systems, Inc. has announced that it has finalized the establishment of a fully owned subsidiary in Singapore known as Asia Payments Systems Pte.
Matt Mecke, President & CEO of Asia Pay, announced, “Asia Pay recognizes Singapore’s role as a regional hub for South East Asia and has set up there to address interest from multi-national merchants within the region.”
“At Board level we have great experience in Singapore and South East Asia and will leverage this with new partnerships and aggressive client acquisition,” added Mecke.
Asia Pay is a USA public company with offices in: New York; Beijing and Shenzhen, China; and Hong Kong.
