Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) announced that as of 1 October, Arnaud Apffel joined as Managing Director, Head of Global Investment Solutions for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Arnaud will oversee all Global Investment Solutions activities across all asset classes for EMEA. Based in Geneva, Arnaud reports jointly to Marco Bizzozero, Head of PWM EMEA & CEO Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) and Kevin Lecocq, Head of Global Investment Solutions for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management.

Commenting on the appointment, Marco Bizzozero said: “We are confident that Arnaud’s appointment to this important role will further strengthen our presence in the EMEA region and bring Deutsche Bank’s global expertise to our clients.”

Kevin Lecocq said: “Arnaud is an excellent addition to our team. His strong and varied capital markets background, coupled with his recent work in private banking, represents a significant gain for Deutsche Bank PWM.”

Arnaud joined from Lombard Odier where he was a Co-Head of Private Banking Investment Services and Head of their Key Clients unit. Prior to this, Arnaud had a successful career comprised of 15 years in Corporate and Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs and Socit Gnrale, among others.
