Omgeo, a provider of post-trade, pre-settlement services, has appointed Antonio Nunes as chief financial officer (CFO).
Nunes is responsible for leading Omgeos global finance, business information systems, vendor management and facilities teams. As a member of Omgeos executive team, he is involved in developing and executing upon the companys core strategies. Nunes reports directly to Marianne Brown, president and CEO.
As CFO, Nunes is tasked with driving and sustaining shareholder value and partnering with the executive team to develop and implement Omgeos strategic plan. He is also charged with representing Omgeos interests while also helping to manage the relationships of its board of managers, shareholders, audit committee and other key stakeholders.

Nunes brings to Omgeo over 25 years of experience across several different industries and types of organisations. Prior to working at Omgeo, he held the position of CFO at Albridge Solutions Inc., Aleri Inc., and Princeton Financial Systems. Nunes is also a chartered financial analyst and holds an MBA in finance and general management from Harvard Business School.
