ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. has appointed Anthony DeMeo as Director of Marketing.
In his new role, DeMeo has global responsibility for all aspects of marketing strategy, branding and communications across the ADP Brokerage Services Group product and service range. He reports to Peter Benzie, EVP Global Sales & Marketing, ADP Brokerage Services Group.
ADP says DeMeo brings a considerable depth of knowledge and experience to his new role, having worked in the brokerage industry for 35 years in the fields of marketing, operations and systems, including managerial experience at both divisional and national levels. He has also managed the re-branding of several brokerage products and will draw on this experience as ADP continues with the spin-off of its Brokerage Services Group.
DeMeo joined ADP in 2000 to focus on developing strategic sales relationships. He also led the team that developed its broker desktop, ProVisor, which successfully evolved into a blueprint for ADP’s broader desktop strategy.
Before joining ADP, DeMeo was CIO of Private Client Services at Gruntal & Co. Prior to that he held senior marketing positions at both Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney Shearson in New York.
