Ansbacher & Co Limited, the specialist private bank, has appointed Andrew Taberham as head of Client Services.

In his role, Taberham will be responsible for ensuring that Ansbacher is seen as a leading developer of its staff, through the development of a Client Relationship Management (CRM) team and effectively expanding training and competence as an employee development tool.

Taberham brings over 20 year’s experience to the role from an established career in wealth management. He most recently led a financial planning specialist team at Coutts bank in the UK. Prior to this he held training and client relationship roles.

Taberham began his career advising clients in financial services as an independent financial adviser.

In addition to holding a financial services degree from Napier University Business School, being a chartered financial planner and fellow of the Institute of Financial Planning, Taberham also acts as a question setter and examiner for the Chartered Insurance Institute in the area of investment planning.

He started his role in January 2008 and will report to Nader Goodarzi, head of Wealth Management, Ansbacher & Co Limited.

“We are delighted to welcome Andrew to our London operation. He brings with him a wealth of experience in staff recruitment and training which we hope to capitalise on as he builds our CRM capability,” says Goodarzi.
