Andr Roelants the current CEO at Clearstream, is to become the company’s Chairman. As chairman, Roelants will focus on client development, strategic marketing, and financial industry relationships and developments.
According to patrent company Deutsche Brse, the process to select a new CEO has been initiated and should be completed by the third quarter 2004.
Bob Douglass, who has served as Chairman of Clearstream International and its predecessor company, Cedel International, since May 1994, will become Chairman Emeritus and Senior Advisor to Clearstream International.
