American Century Investments has opted to go live with JPMorgan Investor Services’ new message management product, JPMorgan Message Express.
JPMorgan Message Express is a robust message management service that provides financial institutions links to industry messaging utilities without the technology costs associated with multiple and changing requirements of industry and counter-party standards. It offers integrated end-to-end, pre- and post-trade straight-through processing solutions with multiple link capabilities.
“JPMorgan Investor Services was a natural partner for us because of the full range of securities services and industry expertise they provide,” said Wayne McCoach, custody operations manager at American Century. “By using Message Express, American Century and its clients will benefit from greater operational efficiencies, reducing cost and risk.”
JPMorgan’s relationship with American Century began in 1996 and has since grown to include a broad spectrum of the firm’s services such as custody, investment products, broker dealer services, credit syndication, trust services and cash management.
