AlternativeSoft has named James Upton, head of Operations and Technical Services.
Upton will be responsible for providing technical support as well as customer services for our clients worldwide.
Prior to joining AlternativeSoft, Upton worked at Shelby Jennings Ltd, in London and has held various IT function culminating with Risk Gateway, Ltd in North Wales. He brings to AlternativeSoft a wealth of industry experience and contacts as well as technical knowledge in the IT field.
As head of Operations and Technical Services, Upton will be based in AlternativeSoft’s newly established office in London in New Providence Wharf. He will concentrate on enhancing quantitative technical services for AlternativeSoft’s client base of fund of hedge funds, banks and other institutional investors.
