ALPS Fund Services has promoted Jason Cholewa, formerly head of its Boston office, as vice president of business development for the firm.
In his new role, Cholewa will be responsible for growing ALPS hedge fund administration business on the East Coast.

Cholewa helped open the ALPS Boston office in 2007 and was responsible for building the staff and overseeing all administration services and operations on the East Coast. Before that, Cholewa held senior roles at ALPS West Coast offices, where his responsibilities included servicing a variety of domestic and offshore hedge funds, private equity funds and funds of hedge funds.
ALPS offers hedge fund administration services including fund structure, fund accounting, shareholder servicing and tax support.
