NDC (The National Depository Center), Russia’s only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces that on April 1, 2010 Alexey Distler has been appointed the company’s Technical Director.
In his new role Distler will be supervising operations of NDC’s divisions providing functioning and support of software and technological systems in the company.
In 1994 Alexey Distler graduated from Moscow Electronic Engineering Institute with a specialty in engineering. Distler began his career in Delovaya Rossiya Bank as a Senior Specialist of EDI Department. Since that time he was involved in automation of depository operations in all the companies he worked for. In 1995 he joined MICEX as a Leading Economist of Depository Department. In 1998 he was appointed Chief of Department of Depository System Software Development, NDC. In 2003-2007 he was the NDC’s Chief of Directorate of Depository System Software Development.
In 2007-March 2010 he was responsible for a launch of new automated system in Depository Clearing Company CJSC (DCC).
