ALaS, a consulting, outsourcing and software firm whose clients in the financial services industry include Morgan Stanley, Washington Mutual, UBS and Barclays Capital, has named Erik DiGiacomo as a managing director and vice president of global delivery services.
DiGiacomo was previously in the Shared Services division of Washington Mutual Bank where he led the securities group. Prior to that, he was at JPMorgan for over 10 years as a vice president with the Securities Operation team. During his tenure there he led the merger with Chases Fixed Income division and managed several efficiency projects, including Y2K modifications. As an ALaS managing director he will be responsible for ensuring consistent service delivery to meet clients’ needs.

A graduate of Cornell University where he earned a degree in economics, DiGiacomo resides in Montclair, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
