A new report from Aite Group, LLC analyses the present tendencies on teller market. The researchers explore quality of services that providers deliver to consumers. The report examines 15 of the applications used by North American banking institutions, and includes profiles of the nine vendors offering solutions.
According to Aite Group the most important keys for providers to meet the needs of banking institutions are to offer easy-to-use application, to enhance the solution per customers’ evolving needs, and to provide a high level of customer service.
“Vendors should not become distracted by non-critical issues, such as whether the solution blends thin- and thick-client offerings,” says Kate Monahan, analyst and author of this report, Aite Group.
