AIS Fund Administration has launched a newly enhanced Web site, along with a new logo.
Paul Chain, president of AIS, says the new site was developed for hedge fund managers as well as investors and independent directors of hedge funds. Our firm has grown considerably in assets under administration, and we have developed new offerings such as IR Manager and Financial Statement Preparation (AFSP), Chain says. These are just two examples of the many services and solutions offered by AIS to reduce the complexity of reporting requirements while addressing transparency concerns by investors.
Earlier this year, AIS brought on Anthony J. Perugini, former vice president of operations and accounting technology at Harvard Management Company, to serve as its chief technology officer.
Tony has expertise in the latest technologies and development methodologies as well as superior knowledge of their applications to the hedge fund industry, Chain said at the time.
