ADP Wilco, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., announced that its Germany-based outsourcing service bureau for SWIFT messaging has been successfully audited and complies with requirements set out in SWIFT’s Service Bureau Security Rules and Guidelines for 2003.
The ADP Wilco SWIFT service bureau provides fast-track access to SWIFT for the full range of SWIFT messaging services including securities, treasury, derivatives, payments and cash management.
The SWIFT Rules and Guidelines focus on operational and security requirements across availability, confidentiality, integrity and maintainability. In complying with the SWIFT audit, ADP Wilco’s service bureau meets SWIFT’s requirements for availability for operations and use according to service level agreements; it is duly protected against unauthorised physical and logical access; system processing is complete, accurate, timely and authorised; and it can be updated when required in a manner that continues to provide for security.
“ADP Wilco has proven its credentials as a professional supplier for outsourced SWIFT messaging services,” said Robert Schneider, Partner Manager, SWIFT. “We have a very strong relationship with them and look forward to working closely together in the future.”
