DP Wilco has appointed former European Transaction Bank (ETB) and Deutsche Borse executive Andreas Gnther as its new Managing Director for Germany.

Gnther is charged with raising ADP Wilco’s profile as an outsourcing specialist for back office functions in the securities processing market while strengthening the company’s established SWIFT message processing and German tax reporting businesses.

From 2001 to 2005 Andreas Gnther worked for the European Transaction Bank in a range of management positions. In his most recent position as Director Sales and Integrated Services he was responsible for the acquisition and implementation of large-scale outsourcing projects. Before that Gnther was Head of Product Management and led the development and implementation of FORSS, an order management and routing system for national and international mutual funds.

Between 1999 and 2001 Andreas Gnther was a founder and director of online broker eQ-Online in Germany. Prior to that he worked for the Deutsche Brse AG for ten years.

ADP Wilco’s products and servives in Germany include retail and institutional securities processing, tax reporting (FITAS) and a SWIFT service bureau and transaction management service. It has recently announced new German market processing functionality, including a Schlussnoten matching application.
