Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) subsidiary ADP Wilco has announced the appointment of Andreas Gunther as its new Managing Director for Germany.

Through his former management positions at the european transaction bank (etb) and Deutsche Borse AG, Gunther gained considerable experience in managing outsourcing projects in the international securities processing business and key account management. As Managing Director of ADP Wilco in Germany, Gunther will be raising the company’s profile as an outsourcing specialist for back office functions in the securities processing market while strengthening the company’s established competencies in Germany such as SWIFT message processing and German tax reporting for European financial services providers.

From 2001 to 2005 Andreas Gunther worked for the european transaction bank in a range of management positions. In his most recent position as Director Sales and Integrated Services he was responsible for the acquisition and implementation of large-scale outsourcing projects. Before that Gunther was Head of Product Management and led the development and implementation of FORSS, the order management and routing system for national and international investment funds.

Between 1999 and 2001 Andreas Gunther was a founder and director of online broker eQ-Online in Germany. Prior to that he worked for the Deutsche Borse AG for ten years.
