ADP Brokerage Services Group and Fidelity National Information Services have formed a partnership to offer secure wireless access to ADPs ProVisor broker desktop sales, productivity, and account servicing tools. The joint solution, called ProVisor2Go, uses the FIS wireless wealth management platform, allowing it to be accessed via BlackBerry.
ProVisor2Go aims to provide a cost-effective service to ADP clients who want to extend mobile services to their retail advisors. With wireless access to critical portfolio information – including real-time tax lot updates and contact management capabilities – integrated with real-time market data, advisors can stay on top of the markets and in control of accounts to provide a greater level of service to more clients.
We are excited to be working with FIS to introduce ProVisor2Go, a value-added solution and natural extension of our existing retail brokerage offering, says Charlie Marchesani, General Manager, ADP Brokerage Processing Services. We believe this innovative new product will enable ADPs clients to attract and retain advisors, boost productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Our vision has always been to provide fast, cost-effective access to wireless wealth management, says Gordon Conlin, Managing Director of FIS. By teaming with ADP, the dominant back-office solution provider, FIS gains a strategic sales channel and can utilize a single installation of the solution across all financial institutions that use ADP back-office services. With ProVisor2Go, ADP clients can leverage existing technology investments and extend access to critical information wirelessly.
