ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., announced today the appointment of Marianne Brown as General Manager of its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) group. As such, she will be directly responsible for all BPS Operations, Product Development, Sales and Service Delivery.

“I am very confident that Marianne will excel in her new role and we wish her every success in leading BPS to continued growth and development,” said John Hogan, co-president of ADP Brokerage Services Group.

Since Marianne joined ADP in 1978, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility advancing within the Client Services organization. Marianne was promoted to Senior Vice President of Service Delivery in March 1997. She has been responsible for ADP’s World Class Service initiatives that have resulted in consistent client service satisfaction increases. Additionally, Marianne has led numerous large-scale client conversions as well as ADP’s successful Y2K effort.

In September 2000, Marianne assumed responsibility for the Product Development Organization. In that capacity, she has led the development of several key client implementations and new Product initiatives. Her team is now completing work on a functionally rich browser interface to the BPS application set.
