ABN AMRO Holding N.V. has asked the UK’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) to pull the listing ABN AMRO Holding N.V. ordinary shares from the London Stock Exchange because shares are trading at such low volumes.
The expected date for the cancellation of the listing will be March 2, 2006, which means that the last trading date for ABN AMRO shares on the LSE will be March 1, 2006.
ABN AMRO shares will remain listed on its primary stock market Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam and the New York Stock Exchange.
