ABN AMRO has named Pauline van der Meer Mohr as senior executive vice president and head of group human resources (HR). Currently, Van der Meer Mohr is head of human resources at TNT NV.
Pauline van der Meer Mohr has an excellent track record and experience across all HR functions- ranging from leadership development, change management, talent and diversity management to succession planning and compensation strategies.
ABN AMRO and TNT have agreed that she will join ABN AMRO as per June 1, 2006.
Van der Meer Mohr will report directly to Rijkman Groenink, chairman of the managing board. She will be responsible for the implementation of the people strategy of the bank. This strategy aims to unlock the potential of the group by embedding client intimacy and integrity, collaboration and discipline throughout the organisation.
She holds a masters degree in Dutch law. Before joining TNT, she spent 15 years at Shell in various legal and human resources functions.
