The Bank of New York announced today that it has been selected by Abbey National Treasury Services plc (ANTS) and Abbey National Financial Products to provide trustee, issuing and principal paying agent, registrar and custodian services for the C-Sprint Limited $5,000,000,000 Structured Note Program arranged by ANTS.
The Bank of New York Luxembourg, S.A. will provide Luxembourg listing and paying agent services.
