Global Custodian is pleased to reveal an all-star line-up of panellists for its upcoming Industry Discussion Forum set to take place on 14 May in London.

Joining the discussion will be senior representatives from across the global custody landscape, including Chris Rowland, head of custody, digital and fund services at State Street, and Sam Cauvain-Welsh, head of core product for global custody at JP Morgan.

They will feature alongside Phil Brown, CEO of Clearstream Bank, and Sinead McIntosh, managing director, head of revenue for financial institutions at BBH.

The discussion forum will focus on how the custody industry can respond to an increasingly complex operating environment, as private markets expand, digital assets move toward mainstream adoption, and data, regulation and geopolitics reshape the foundations of global financial infrastructure.

The panel will explore whether these pressures represent existential challenges or strategic opportunities, and how firms that embrace complexity can position themselves to define the next decade of global custody.

The event is open for all Global Custodian readers to attend, with registration opening from 4:30pm.

The Industry Discussion Forum series has been a long-running feature from Global Custodian – in partnership with Deutsche Bank – and continues to provide a platform for in-depth debate on the most prominent themes in securities services.

This year’s session will cover topics including digital assets, private markets, data as a strategic asset, regulatory acceleration and the evolving geopolitical landscape shaping financial markets.

The conversation will be moderated by Chris Lemmon, editor at Global Custodian.

The event will take place in the Lincoln Room at the Savoy Hotel (River Entrance), and will be followed by the presentation of Global Custodian’s Hall of Fame awards to its newest GC Legends.
