Doug Boit, Head of Research Director at COR STP Solutions, a division of COR Financial Solutions, has been voted in as vendor representative on the ISITC Europe Executive Committee.
He will be formally welcomed at the first ISITC Quarterly meeting on 26 February 2004 at the London Underwriting Centre. Doug Boit was the principal architect of Salerio e2e and has been responsible for the implementation of STP strategies with a number of major global asset managers. He is also a member of the adjunct faculty of the International University of Monaco where he teaches business analysis and system design. His current research activities involve identifying emerging technologies and assessing their applicability to the investment management industry.
Boit has been involved with ISITC for a number of years during which time he has established relationships with its global working committee of securities operations professionals representing custodian banks, investment managers, brokers and vendors.
“Being voted onto the ISITC Europe Executive Committee by some of the industry’s leading players is a real privilege,” says Boit. “I look forward to working closely with the various working committees to achieve the goals set out by ISITC”.
ISITC Europe chief, Stuart McKinlay of State Street, adds that “having Doug on board will provide yet more strength to the ISITC Europe Committee. Doug brings with him a vast amount of experience that can only benefit the support service ISITC offers to the Securities Industry”.
