Rowe Price, Vanguard, Lincoln Financial, OppenheimerFunds, Franklin Templeton, NYLIM MainStay Funds, and AIM Investments all earned DALBAR’s highest honor, an “Excellent” Web site designation, for providing clients with the best online service and support in the Mutual Fund industry.

Fidelity continues an impressive performance with 18 consecutive quarters receiving an “Excellent” designation. Vanguard and Lincoln Financial have four and five consecutive quarters of excellence, respectively, while American Century and OppenheimerFunds each enjoy a 3rd consecutive quarter of excellence.

Van Kampen’s consumer web site jumped 14 spots in the rankings to 17th after enhancing client control over accounts and adding more information to their mutual fund product profiles. Delaware Investments broke into the top ten with the addition of a secure e-mail form and new fund comparison information that compares funds based on their relative risk.

Lincoln Financial took over the top spot for financial professional web sites in Q3 after a plethora of additions. This past quarter, Lincoln Financial introduced a new sales and marketing section dedicated to retirement, enabled advisors with the ability to open mutual fund accounts online for clients, provided links to more continuing education resources, and added more fund information to their products section. AIM Investments jumped 2 spots to 3rd with the addition of customized sales and asset data to their home page and the introduction of a new Rep Asset Statement.
