First Republic Bank has appointed John Packowski as Managing Director. He will be providing private banking, investment management, trust services, and real estate lending at the Bank’s Boston office.

Packowski has worked for Boston Private Bank & Trust Company as a Senior Vice President of Investment Management and Trust. Prior to that, he worked for Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Company as a Private Banking Officer. Packowski was educated at Northeastern University.
