Gissing Software has unveiled Gissing RealtimeXL 2.2, a new, faster version of its real-time Excel add-in.
The new software will allow clients to convert real-time Excel spreadsheets to use Gissing RealtimeXL functions. The company says its tests show that after the conversion the spreadsheets run 10 to 15 percent faster. And spreadsheets can run at double the normal speed when Gissing RealtimeXL 2.2 and Microsoft RealTime Data (RTD) interface work together.
The product also provides support for data from Bloomberg and Reuters.
