State Street Corporation, a provider of financial services to institutional investors, has enhanced its real estate servicing capabilities by providing customers with a full suite of online performance analytics and risk assessment tools to better monitor their entire real estate investment portfolios.
Real estate investing requires comprehensive monitoring of key assets and portfolios to evaluate risk and make more informed investment decisions, State Street said in a statement.
The firm, in partnership with Resolve Technology, has developed an online application to allow customers to access needed data via Private Edge within an automated environment, eliminating extensive manual reconciliation processes typically required in the real estate industry.
