Aviva plc’s Dutch business, Delta Lloyd group, has agreed to acquire Cyrte Investments.

Cyrte Investments had assets under management of 500 million as of 31 December 2006.

The acquisition of Cyrte Investments will enable Delta Lloyd Asset Management to develop new investment concepts, in line with its strategy of managing profitable funds with a distinctive investment profile.
