Liberty International Acquisition Company, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) has been successfully listed on NYSE Euronext’s Amsterdam market.
The company raised a total of 600 million in new capital from the sale of 60 million units comprising one share and one warrant at an introductory price of 10 per unit.
After the opening of trading, the first market price of Liberty was 10.10 per unit. Based on the total number of 60 million units, the total market capitalization of the company at opening price was 606 million.

Liberty International Acquisition Company is the second SPAC listing in Amsterdam after the successful listing of PEHAC in 2007. The issuer is sponsored by Berggruen Acquisition Holdings II Ltd and Marlin Equities IV LLC.
Liberty IAC has its statutory seat on the Cayman Islands and will focus on business acquisitions outside the US.
