Otkritie Securities Ltd., an FSA regulated subsidiary of Otkritie Financial Corporation, has announced that its London and Frankfurt offices are now open.

We are also finalising the acquisition of a brokerage in New York, and we are confident that we will have an office up and running there by the end of this year.”
