Open Solutions Inc., a provider of integrated, enterprise-wide data processing technologies for banks and credit unions throughout the United States, Canada and other international markets, recently joined Sam Boggs to the company in the role of executive vice president, Group Operations. Reporting directly to Open Solutions’ President Steve Cameron, Boggs will be responsible for Open Solutions’ overall client experience including the key functions of Client Care, Data Center Services and Professional Services (including Implementations).
Boggs joins Open Solutions from Siemens IT Solutions, where he served as the managing VP of Global Operations. His previous responsibilities included managing all infrastructure delivery services and a team of 4,000 employees who provided desk side support, customer care, network services and data center services to their entire North American customer base.

Boggs is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of demonstrated experience in operations, contact center, IT outsourcing services, client care operations management, implementations and business process management. Additionally, he has held other executive management positions with RDI Marketing, a full-service marketing firm specializing in outbound direct marketing and market research solutions; Digitas, which provides end-to-end technology and operations consulting for contact management; Synchorony Communications, an electronic customer relationship management services organization; First Data Corporation, a leading provider of electronic commerce and payment solutions; and Convergys, a global outsourcing, consulting and software company.
