Tom Patrick and Michael Stewart, co-heads of Global Equities, and Sylvan Chackman, head of Global Equity Financing & Services, introduced Mark Bailey as the new head of EMEA GEF&S. In his new role, Bailey will report to Stewart and Chackman.
Bailey joined the company in 2007, and most recently served as COO for Global Equity Financing & Services. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bailey was with Credit Suisse for 10 years within the Prime Services business, and was based in London, Zurich and New York.
Bailey and his family will relocate to London in due course.
