XSP, the provider of Corporate Actions software, announced that in direct response to the growing market demand for the XSP v5 platform, the automated Corporate Actions solution, it has appointed Chris Madigan as Senior Sales Executive and Account Relationship Manager with responsibility for developing new business and cultivating existing relationships with strategic clients and partners of XSP. Based out of the companys New York office, Madigan will report to John Kehoe, Director of Business Development and Account Relationship Management.
Prior to joining XSP, Madigan represented Fidelity ActionsXchange, a Corporate Actions data assimilator whose interface is one of many supported by the XSP product. At Fidelity, he held the role of Vice President with responsibility for Global Sales, Marketing and Client Management. In addition to developing and increasing brand awareness across the global financial community, he was also responsible for managing strategic alliances and partnerships. Prior to Fidelity, Madigan worked at Investors Bank & Trust as Senior Sales and Client Executive/Head of Consultant Relations, where he was responsible for new business development and retention for Master Trust and Custody units. He also worked at State Street Global Advisors/State Street Bank in a variety of roles including Client Service Officer, Sales Associate/Marketing Analyst and Portfolio Accountant/Fund Accountant.

Madigan holds an MBA from Suffolk University with a Concentration in Finance/Marketing and a BS from St. Anselm College.
