RBC Dexia IS Appoints New Director of FX Trading

RBC Dexia Investor Services has appointed Steven Braithwaite to the new position of Director of Foreign Exchange Trading.

Based in London, he will report to Morgan McDonnell, Head of Foreign Exchange.

According to a spokesperson at RBC Dexia: The new post was created as part of the global realignment of our operating model and Morgan McDonnell, Head of FX, now has global product responsibility. The new role will help drive further growth in the FX segment and allow us to expand and roll out more products.

Braithwaite joins RBC Dexia from Saxo Bank Capital Markets in Copenhagen where he was global head of foreign exchange trading. Prior to this, he held progressively senior positions with RBC, including postings in London, Tokyo and Singapore, plus positions at Nomura and HSBC.
