HSBCs Institutional Trust Services (Ireland) Limited (HSBC in Ireland) business has retained its top position in R&Ms survey conducted in September and October this year. Participating institutions were assessed on 23 different aspects of their service and scored out of a maximum rating of seven for each.
Keeping the competition at bay, HSBC in Ireland easily topped the ranking in the Trustee survey gaining a score of 9.21. HSBC in Irelands score was 1.15 above the overall average.
In addition to the Trustee service, respondents were also given the opportunity to assess their suppliers Global Custody service. Once again HSBC in Ireland was comfortably top of the scoreboard gaining 9.29. This was 0.82 more than the second place participants. The overall average score was 7.96.
