J.P. Morgan Adds New Executive In Luxembourg

J.P. Morgan has appointed Laurent Vanderweyen to the role of general manager of J.P. Morgan Bank Luxembourg. Vanderweyen previously worked at RBC Dexia Investor Services SA in Luxembourg, where he was managing director and chairman of the Executive Committee.

Vanderweyen was promoted from chief administrative officer to managing director during a management reshuffle at RBC Dexia in March 2009. At little over one year on, he will join J.P. Morgan in July 2010, and will have executive responsibility for the Luxembourg office and will serve as a Board member of J.P. Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A. He will lead J.P. Morgan’s Worldwide Securities Services business in Luxembourg.
