On an annual basis, Deutsche Bank recognises its top clients who have significant annual volumes and straight-through processing success rates higher than 97%, and as such has awarded Close Bank with the 2009 Straight-Through Processing Excellence Award, recognising excellence in the quality and consistency of client payments accuracy.

Based primarily in the Isle of Man, Jackie will also support Closes banking operations in Guernsey.
Joining from Zurich Bank International, Jackies previous roles include banking operations, treasury, IT UAT, specialised lending operations, designing and delivering systems and business process training.
