Fund administrator Ipes has appointed Justin Partington as commercial director and a member of the executive board. Partington was previously head of private equity at Langham Hall.
Partington will focus on the UK and Europe following the firms recent move into Luxembourg.
Ipes has also promoted Caroline Ferguson to operations director. Ferguson, who heads the 20 strong London based team, first joined Ipes in Guernsey in 1998. After a break of four years working in auditing, she returned to Ipes in 2006 to establish the UK office.
