Ipes has added to its senior client services team with the appointments of Mary McGuirke and Joel Haskins as operations directors for Ipes UK and Ipes Jersey, respectively.
McGuirke and Haskins will take a lead role in client relationship management and the delivery of operational excellence in their respective locations. They will work closely with the locally based managing directors, to whom they will report, and the client facing operational teams.
McGuirke has more than 20 years experience in the finance industry and is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant. She held senior roles at Santander, Capita Financial Group and Britannia Building Society. As head of private equity operations for Capitas Specialist Fund Services division, McGuirke worked with clients across the asset class and holds particular expertise in listed funds, fund of funds, activist and venture capital.
Haskins joins Ipes from Northern Trust in Jersey where he headed up its private equity fund administration business. He has also worked for Bank Vontobel AG serving as the CFO for its Private Equity Fund Management Company. Haskins has more than 14 years of finance industry experience. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Earlier this year, Ipes appointed Andrew Whittaker and Nigel Strachan as managing directors for its UK and Jersey operations, respectively.
