Bombay Stock Exchange-listed technology provider Dion Global Solutions has acquired Investmaster Group Limited, the UK-based specialist provider of wealth management and stockbroking software.
This transaction gives Dion an increased presence in the UK, enabling it to benefit from Investmasters client base, which has combined AUM exceeding 28 billion and over 800 users. Investmasters private client product suite also complements Dions existing range of products, which cover portfolio management, trading, settlement, risk management, analytics, treasury and research services.
Peter Little will continue as CEO and the Investmaster management team and staff will continue unchanged. It is anticipated that the Investmaster business will be rebranded as Dion Global Solutions.
