ACPI the $3 Billion award-winning asset management and wealth management firm has appointed Simon Clark as Chief Operating Officer.
Simon left his position as CFO at Heartwood, a UK wealth management firm, in order to join ACPI as COO. At Heartwood, Simon headed the implementation of a more scalable business platform following the firms MBO in 2005. Prior to this, and following graduation from Newcastle University with an Engineering degree and qualification as a Chartered Accountant, Simon held a number of senior business support positions at RBS Financial Markets, Greenwich NatWest and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Simons appointment is in line with our own vision to continue to expand the firms proven investment management and private wealth businesses, says Brett Lankester, CEO, ACPI. ACPI has seen tremendous progress and expansion since our successful navigation through the 2008 financial crisis, and we look forward to adding Simon to the senior management team of ACPI to help develop the future vision of the firm.
ACPIs funds have recently been in the news as the firm has launched one of the first India Fixed Income Funds available to non-Indian domiciled investors the Q ACPI India Fixed Income Fund. ACPI also manages the 5 Morningstar and Standard and Poors rated ACPI International Bond Fund, the 4 Morningstar and Standard and Poors rated ACPI Global Fixed Income Fund and their ACPI Global Equity UCITS Fund, also Standard and Poors rated which was selected by Portfolio Adviser magazines PA Quality Funds Blue-chip funds for investment advisers this month. ACPI has recently added their funds to the Hargreaves Lansdown and Transact platforms.
